Capital Development Authority (CDA) announces the launch of its “CDA Internship Program-2024.” Beginning in June 2024, this six-month program offers recent graduates a great chance to obtain practical experience in their professions.
Pay and Length
During their internship, interns will work at CDA in Islamabad and be paid a nice monthly salary of Rs. 40,000/-.
Qualifications
Candidates must have finished a four-year Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields from a government-recognized university within the last three years in order to be eligible for this program:
Computer Sciences Marketing Marketing Management Business Administration
Students who are awaiting results to meet the requirements are not eligible to apply, please note.
Application Process
The complete application procedure is done online. The forms are available on the official CDA website for applicants to view and complete. Applications that are not complete or that are delivered in person won’t be shortlisted. Should you have any technical difficulties with submitting the application, please give 051-9252959 a call. Please be aware that TA/DA will not be permitted. Online applications must be submitted no later than 15 days after the advertisement’s date of publication.
Method of Selection
Only those with continuously outstanding academic records will be shortlisted due to the stringent selection process. A total of 90 marks will be awarded, with the percentage of marks from the SSC, HSSC, and bachelor’s degree or equivalent being given corresponding weightage. Ten more points will be given for the interview.
On the official CDA website, the names of the shortlisted candidates for the interview will be posted along with comprehensive rules.
Conditions & Terms
The CDA has the last say over the number of interns, placement, assignment of responsibilities, and end of the internship. With written notice of fifteen days, interns may request to end their internship; however, under such circumstances, they will not get a certificate of internship completion.
Please be aware that you are not eligible to apply if you have previously completed an internship under the “CDA Internship Program-2023.” There is no guarantee of employment or regularization from the internship, and its duration cannot be extended. The CDA’s regulations regarding confidentiality and disciplinary actions will apply to interns.
