Job Description: Admission Officer
We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused Admission Advisors to join our admissions team. As an Admission Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping aspiring students and professionals navigate their educational and career paths.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing information about AKTI’s programs and services.
Application Assistance: Assist applicants with the admissions process, answering questions and guiding them through the necessary steps.
Information Sharing: Share relevant details about AKTI’s offerings, admission requirements, and deadlines.
Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with prospective students, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
Data Entry: Accurately record applicant details and interactions in our systems.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Patience and the ability to handle inquiries with empathy.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.

Salary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs35,000.00 per month
